Overview
Recreational activities
On the shelf in the hallway, you’ll find city maps as well as informational flyers and brochures about many of the region’s attractions and activities. Feel free to take some with you.
House rules
- Check in from 3.00 PM
- Check out by 11.00 AM
- Maximum number of guests: 4 ( only registered guests allowed)
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours: 10.00 PM – 7.00 AM, please be respectful of neighbors
- No smoking inside the apartment (smoking allowed on the balcony only, door closed)
- No pets
- Please take care of the apartment and furniture as if it were your own
- After using the dry cleaner empty the water and clean the lint filter (see pictures below)
- If you stay longer: Dispose of trash regularly, follow local waste separation rules (see further down the page)
- Please turn off lights, TV and appliances when leaving the apartment
- Any damage must be reported immediately
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the apartment in great condition for all guests.
Heating
The apartment has a floor heating system. You can find the regulation buttons in every room next to the door. When you leave the apartment please turn all buttons down to 1 please. Don’t open the windows for a longer time unless regulation is put to 1.
Drycleaner
After drying your clothes please empty the water and clean the lint filter, see pictures for reference.
Waste separation rules
Please respect the local waste separation rules.
Packaging such as plastic and Styrofoam, beverage cans (non-returnable), and other cans should be placed in the yellow bag (on the balcony). Please don’t empty the ash tray here!
Paper and cardboard are collected in the box in the hallway in the apartment. If you’re staying longer, you can also dispose of paper and cardboard in the blue bin in front of the building. Please flatten the cardboard boxes or tear them into small pieces.
Please put organic waste and other trash in the regular trash can.
Returnable glas and plastic bottles can be returned in any supermarket.
Please leave non refundable glas bottles like e.g.wine bottles next to the trash can or on the balcony on the side.
